I fell in love with food when I was very young and enjoyed Cordon Bleu School. On arriving in London and settling in Clapham I  joined the Admirable Crichton as Head of Canapés earning the title and nickname ‘Canape Queen’ my love of canapés never left me, I moved on to become their menu designer and it was from there my passion for writing and creating recipes started. Inspired by travel, constant research and dining out, I’ve honed my skills and pushed the boundaries.

My love of food and all ways to work with it have made me a creative food stylist and food writer, working in editorial and TV. I have co written a couple of top selling bakery books which has ignited my love of cakes and pastries

With a wealth of experience as a Development chef and Product developer, no detail goes unnoticed. From redesigning kitchens, training chefs and bakers to creating manuals and new product development. I now use my 25 years expertise in the food industry to teach and inspire others.

Weddings, parties and events are a large part of my business and I’m happy to create bespoke menus and make your event fun and stress free
