I fell in love with food when I was very young and enjoyed Cordon Bleu School. On arriving in London and settling in Clapham I joined the Admirable Crichton as Head of Canapés earning the title and nickname ‘Canape Queen’ my love of canapés never left me, I moved on to become their menu designer and it was from there my passion for writing and creating recipes started. Inspired by travel, constant research and dining out, I’ve honed my skills and pushed the boundaries. ‘Small Bites’ is now very much part of the future for me and a return to my roots.
My love of food and all ways to work with it have made me a creative food stylist and food writer, working in editorial and TV. I have co written a couple of top selling bakery books which has ignited my love of cakes and pastries
With a wealth of experience as a Development chef and Product developer, no detail goes unnoticed.
